Welcome to ONE CAST LURES online. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at ONE CAST LURES SHOP.

1 – General

You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at support@onecastlures.com.au. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police. ONE CAST LURES reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. ONE CAST LURES holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop.

2 – Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are sent Australia wide using Aus Post. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. ONE CAST LURES will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. If you require shipping and tracking information please contact support@onecastlures.com.au

  • a. Shipping destinations and shipping fees Estimated delivery time is 1-4 working days, if anything else is not announced. Shipping fees specified $AU and will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step. Please note that these vary depending on the weight of the package. b. Returns If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.

3 – Payment You have the following options:

– Credit card (Mastercard/VISA) – Paypal When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. ONE CAST LURES reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. ONE CAST LURES can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

4 – Our policy

You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include a note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

a. Faulty goods Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items ONE CAST LURES will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to replace faulty items. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

5 – Security

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. We will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission.

  • a. Ownership of right All rights, including copyrights at onecastlures.com.au remain with ONE CAST LURES and its subsidiaries. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
  • c. Privacy Policy The personal information you forward to ONE CAST LURES will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings ONE CAST LURES have and to assure you the best service. ONE CAST LURES will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request.

ONE CAST LURES assumes responsibility for all personal information that you make available to us and does not pass on any information to a third party under any circumstances. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
